How often do I need to service my shocks?  Proper maintenance and service of your aftermarket suspension is of paramount importance to ensure peak performance and prevent costly repairs.  A basic Dirt King shock service interval rule of thumb is 30k miles.  With the quality of design, manufacturing and assembly found in a Dirt King shock, most 30k mile services find very little wear and the need for nothing more than a simple and affordable refresh.  That said, a vehicles use and environment can vary dramatically altering this recommendation.  If you offroad frequently with a heavy right foot or live and drive in extreme conditions like icey and salted roads for example, you may feel diminished performance and require more frequent service.  And of course, if you should notice any fluid leaks, contact us immediately to have the issue resolved before more costly damage occurs.
